The blended fibers are then processed by a high-performance carding machine, forming them into uniform, fluffy single-layer fiber webs. Subsequently, multiple fiber webs are cross-laid by the company's independently developed precision laying machine. The formed fiber batt then undergoes heat-setting treatment in an efficient oven. The precise temperature control system creates ideal bonding points between the fibers, further stabilizing the three-dimensional structure and, as needed, imparting specific shape memory or functionality to the material. Finally, a high-precision CNC cutting machine slits the large rolls of material into panels of various precise dimensions according to customer requirements, with clean edges that meet diverse installation and application needs.

This integrated production line at Suzhou Forest enables closed-loop manufacturing from "fiber" to "functional panel." Each piece of equipment operates not in isolation but works in synergy under a unified intelligent control system, ensuring a high degree of compatibility in process parameters and traceability in the production process. This allows its acoustic panels to possess not only good sound absorption coefficients and broadband absorption characteristics but also significant advantages in batch consistency, durability, and customization flexibility.
