Designers drew inspiration from the natural grooves of tree bark, recreating ancient wood cross-sections through CNC carving. Each grain acts as a speed bump for sound, pushing beyond the traditional boundaries of acoustic material design. Through systematic customization services—including wrapping modes, wood-grain color schemes, and dimensional specifications—the company provides functional yet aesthetically pleasing acoustic solutions for industrial manufacturing, commercial spaces, and home environments.
As a technology-driven enterprise holding 36 national patents, Forest’s latest innovation focuses on improving both installation efficiency and scenario adaptability. The non-invasive connection design allows for damage-free assembly and disassembly in two modes: three-dimensional edging and minimalist single-sided edging. This technology not only prevents structural damage to the panels but also effectively eliminates sound wave leakage paths through an innovative combination of gradient grooves and filler layers. Tests in automotive motor compartments, theater acoustic renovations, and other scenarios show a noise reduction efficiency increase of 22%-35%.
To meet diverse aesthetic demands, Forest has made refined wood-grain finishes a core breakthrough. While preserving the natural texture of wood, the R&D team developed eight standardized color schemes—including dark walnut, light oak, and smoked tones—using micron-level surface treatment. The color stability passed a 2,000-hour UV accelerated aging test, with a color difference value (ΔE) ≤1.5, meeting industry high standards to ensure no significant fading within five years.
SGS testing confirms that its formaldehyde emission is only 0.02 mg/m³, 40% lower than the EU E1 standard, while its flame-retardant performance reaches UL94 V-0. These features give it a unique advantage in safety-critical applications such as new energy vehicles and kindergartens.
